(E)--Dehydroparadol (10-40 μM; 24 h) induces apoptosis in HCT-116 and H-1299 cells.(In Vivo):(E)--Dehydroparadol (5 μM; 24 h) enhances Tg[glutathione S-transferase pi 1 (gstp1):green fluorescent protein (GFP)] fluorescence signal in the Tg(gstp1:GFP) transgenic zebrafish embryos.
